What we collect
The details you tell Aria or type in — name, contact info, work history, education and skills — plus the audio and transcript of your interview, any resume you upload, and basic device and usage data.
Voice to Resume builds your resume from a spoken interview. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to remove it.
The details you tell Aria or type in — name, contact info, work history, education and skills — plus the audio and transcript of your interview, any resume you upload, and basic device and usage data.
To transcribe your answers, write your resume, match you to jobs when you ask, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not train public AI models on your recordings.
Audio is encrypted and kept for 30 days so you can resume an unfinished interview, then deleted automatically. You can delete any recording sooner, or turn off audio retention entirely in Settings.
Only the providers who run transcription, AI generation, hosting and payments for us — and any employer you choose to send your resume to. Nothing goes to an employer unless you send it.
You can export your data, correct anything Aria got wrong, opt out of analytics, or delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.
If we make a material change we'll email you and show a notice in the product at least 14 days before it takes effect.
